About Us
Chozen Foundation works to empower children and young mothers in Zimbabwe through education, food security, and healing programs. We are looking for a Volunteer Community Fundraising Coordinator to help us raise critical funds for our programs.

Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, proactive, and passionate about fundraising — both digital and traditional. You will help lead campaigns, engage supporters, and shape our fundraising strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fundraising campaigns, events, and community activities

  • Support and guide third-party fundraisers

  • Develop fundraising materials and digital communications

  • Nurture relationships with donors and supporters

  • Track impact, report on outcomes, and recommend improvements

What We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about social change and community impact

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Comfortable using digital tools and social media

  • Students, early-career professionals, or experienced volunteers welcome
