Role Overview
We are seeking a Volunteer Executive Assistant / Admin Support to assist our Founder, Taida Chigogora, with daily tasks and upcoming projects. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to life-changing work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the Founder’s calendar and schedule meetings
Prepare proposals, presentations, and donor briefs
Assist with communications and outreach to stakeholders
Research potential funders, partners, and collaborators
Help coordinate events and campaigns
Organise reports, files, and track project timelines
What We’re Looking For
University student or professional interested in not-for-profit work
Strong organisational and communication skills
Passion for social impact, equity, and education
Proactive and able to work independently
Availability for a few hours weekly (virtual)
